Let's Share Your DesktopYou can share your desktop by first going to the video meeting panel (go to the "How to start video conferencing" page for details). Click on the "Desktop Sharing" tab to open the "Desktop Sharing" panel, and click the "Share my desktop" button, which will initialize Java and display a message "xxxx's desktop. Now loading..." in the upper center of the screen (this takes about 30 minutes). Now your desktop is shared. |

Open documents and start your presentationAny documents opened on your desktop are displayed on the other participants' desktop. Being on the Desktop Sharing panel, you can still continue with the video meeting. So you can make a presentation showing slides, etc., while talking to the audience. Note, however, that only one desktop can be shared among participants. When someone's desktop is being shared, your "Desktop Sharing" tab is grayed out, and becomes enabled once the person ends his/her screen sharing session. |

High resolution and enlargement capabilities enable you to express subtle nuances.If your presentation contains small print or you want to show details of an image, enable the "High Resolution Transmission," and let the audience click on the "Enlarge Screen" button.
