With SaasBoard, you can communicate beyond the constraints of the traditional web conferencing system.

- The SaasBoard Room series is room-based licensing. A facilitator invites individual participants via email without assigning them with any specific ID. SaasBoard Room is best suited for seminars or training sessions where participants are not always the same. The facilitator can enter the web meeting room prior to the event to upload training materials and other documents, allowing the training to start smoothly with necessary documents available for the participants once they enter the room.
No data is leaked, and all data is deleted.
- At an actual physical meeting, participants are supposed to erase what was written on the whiteboard before leaving the room. The same should apply to web conferencing. All data transmitted during the web meeting will be automatically deleted once the meeting is over. You can rest assured that any critical information will not be leaked and will be deleted (you can also configure not to be deleted).
